We pride ourselves on our independence within the UK energy market – having no tie-in with any particular supplier. That said, we have worked hard to develop and maintain a good working relationship with the majority of energy suppliers in the UK. There are a few we elect not to work with, for various good reasons, but these can be counted on one hand.

We insist on having direct account managed facilities with all our suppliers. Thus we can, in turn, give you an efficient service when handling your enquiries and placing your business. On the odd occasion when issues arise with a particular supplier, we work with them to resolve these and regularly review their performance. Only when we are satisfied, will we be recommending to our clients that they use them as their service provider.
